All of them are shipping coupons. Kakobuy charges no service fee, so the international parcel is the only bill a coupon can reduce, and each parcel takes one coupon. The sign-up bundle is issued when the account is created, so sign up before you order. The link also carries code basztal, which adds the ¥100 coupon.
Redeem the codes in User Center
Open User Center → Coupons → Redeem and enter shipping20, plus the current month’s code if there is one. You don’t type codes at checkout; redeeming them here is what puts the coupons in your list.
Buy the items as usual
Add your finds and pay the seller’s price. Coupons don’t apply at this stage. Kakobuy buys the items and keeps them in its warehouse until you are ready to ship.
Submit the parcel
Once the items are in the warehouse, put the ones you want to send together into one parcel and pick a shipping line. The freight quote is what each coupon’s minimum is measured against.
Choose one coupon at the shipping payment
When you pay for the international shipping, select one coupon from the list. The discount shows on the freight before you confirm; the rest stay in your account for the next parcel.

Can you use multiple coupons on Kakobuy?
No, only one coupon per parcel. Kakobuy allows one coupon per shipping order, so shipping20 and a sign-up coupon cannot be combined, and neither can two coupons from the bundle or from a monthly pack.
The shipping subsidy does combine with a coupon. During its monthly events Kakobuy covers about 10% of the shipping on eligible products. The subsidy isn’t a coupon: it is applied automatically at the shipping payment, on top of the one coupon you choose.
The one-coupon limit spreads the bundle over several parcels. Any coupon you don’t use stays in your account for the next one, so splitting a first haul into a few parcels uses more of the bundle than sending one big parcel.
Kakobuy sign-up coupons and the invite code
Kakobuy issues the ¥3000 sign-up bundle when an account is created. An account that already exists won’t get it, even if its owner has never ordered anything.
The invite code is basztal, worth a separate ¥100 shipping coupon. The register page has no field for it; the sign-up link on this page carries the code, so you don’t need to copy it. If you already have an account, redeem basztal in User Center → Coupons → Redeem instead.
shipping20 or a sign-up coupon: which to use
Each parcel takes only one coupon, so pick the one worth most on that parcel. A percentage coupon grows with the shipping bill, while a fixed amount stays the same.
Compare the ¥100 coupon with shipping20: 20% of ¥500 is ¥100, so when a parcel’s shipping is under ¥500 the ¥100 coupon saves more, and above ¥500 shipping20 does. The same comparison works for any coupon in the bundle or a monthly pack, as long as the parcel meets that coupon’s minimum. The payment page shows what each coupon takes off before you confirm, so you can try two and keep the better one.
Kakobuy shipping coupons: why they never touch the item price
An agent is a buying service. The item costs whatever the seller on Weidian or Taobao asks, plus the seller’s delivery to the warehouse, and Kakobuy passes both on unchanged. Kakobuy charges no service fee for buying, and items can wait in the warehouse for up to 100 days.
International shipping is the only price Kakobuy sets itself, so every Kakobuy coupon is a shipping coupon. If a coupon claims to take money off the items, it isn’t from Kakobuy.
Getting the most out of them
A percentage coupon like shipping20 is worth more on one bigger parcel than on three small ones, so let a few orders collect in the warehouse before you ship them. Keep the fixed-amount coupons for light parcels, where a flat amount covers a bigger share of the freight.
Keep an eye on the dates as well. Every coupon shows its own expiry date in the coupon list, and an unused one simply lapses. Items can wait in the warehouse for up to 100 days, so you can plan parcels around the coupons rather than the other way round.
Kakobuy coupon not showing up?
It is almost always one of five things. A code such as shipping20 only appears after you redeem it in User Center → Coupons → Redeem. Coupons show up at the international shipping payment, not when you pay for the items. A coupon whose minimum is higher than this parcel’s shipping stays unavailable. A parcel takes a single coupon, so check whether another one is already selected. And an expired coupon can’t be used, so check its date in your coupon list.
The monthly Kakobuy coupon code and shipping subsidy
Kakobuy also runs an event every month and announces it on its announcements page. Each event has one code that redeems a ¥1300 pack of shipping coupons. The pack is a ladder of fixed amounts, each usable once the parcel’s shipping passes its minimum, from ¥21 for the smallest coupon to ¥2000 for the largest. In recent months the pack has also included a 10%-off-shipping coupon with no minimum.
Each code works for a few weeks, and the next month brings a new one. You redeem it in User Center → Coupons → Redeem like any other code, and the one-coupon-per-parcel rule still applies.
The shipping subsidy comes with the same events. If you buy an eligible product during the event week, about 10% of its shipping is covered automatically when the parcel ships, on top of whichever coupon you choose. Each round of subsidy has its own expiry date.
